Flashlight/headlamp
Food (winter bring extra for possible road closures)
Clothing (warm and cool weather including rain gear, swimsuit for Ouray pool). Even in the summer, it gets cold at night, bring plenty of layers.
Toiletries
Paper towels
Paper dish ware (helps save water)
Bath towels
Dishtowels
First Aid Kit
Tylenol, Motrin (for altitude sickness)
Disposable Oxygen (for altitude sickness)
Hot chocolate/Tea/coffee
Other nice things to bring (books, games, binoculars, writing material, art material, treats to bake, popcorn)
WHAT IS ALREADY THERE
Mattresses (the linen provided on these mattresses is there to protect the mattress and are laundered occasionally but will NOT be “clean.” Please do not sleep on these sheets).
Pillows (The pillowcases at the cabin are to protect to pillows only. You need to bring your own pillowcases)
Some warm blankets
Pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, etc
Coffee filters and cones for pour through coffee
Dish soap, sponges
Garbage bags
Some Emergency food
Some seasonings
Emergency back up battery lantern
Propane cook stove with oven
Propane refrigerator
