Prices are for the first 2 people, except winter weekends ar priced for up to 8 people

June 15 - July 14 Max Occupancy is 4 adults or single family due to potential lack of water available.

First 2 Adults $185/night Weekdays +$40/night add adult

$200/night FRI & SAT +$40/night add adult

$150/night off season Fall and Spring

Winter Weekdays $170/night 2 Adults + 40/night add adult There are odd Weekdays and Sundays still available 2026 please go to check out to see what is still available.

Winter Weekends $310/night up to 8 adults

Winter holidays $310/night up to 8 adults 3 night minimum

Memorial Day Labor Day weekend 3 night minimum

4th of July $280/night single family only (2 adults with or without children) 4 night minimum

Thanksgiving $200/night +$40/night add adult

Always 2 night minimum stay unless only 1 night is available. Please contact us if you are able to make a one night reservation.

There is a $50 non refundable booking fee. This is non refundable once payment has been processed.

REFUND POLICY: Your reservation will be refundable only if the dates are rebooked by someone else, at the same rate and for the same days. If partially rebooked there can be a partial refund only.

At the time of your stay there will be a $400 damage deposit “Authorized to be held” on your payment card. On successful check out this will be refunded back to your card within 7 days of your stay unless there is damage or departing check out instructions are not followed.
