Max occupancy 8 people. Prices are for first 2 adults.
June 15 - July 14 2024 OCCUPANCY MAX 4 Adults or Single family due to potential lack of water.
First 2 Adults $180/night +$40/add adult
$195/night. FRI & SAT +$40/add adult
$140/night Off season Fall and Spring
Winter Weekdays $130/Night 2 Adults +$35/add. adults
Winter Weekends $300/night Up to 8 adults
Winter Holidays $300/night. Up to 8 adults 3 night min
Memorial Day Labor Day Weekend 3 night min
4th July 4 night min $300/night single family (2 adults with or without children) only occupancy.
Thanksgiving $180/night +$40/add adult 3 night min
2 Night Minimum Stay unless only 1 night is available, please contact us if you are unable to make a one night reservation.
There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee
REFUND POLICY Your Reservation will be refundable only IF the dates are rebooked by someone else at the same "rate".
At the time of your stay there will be a $400 damage deposit “Authorized to be held” on your payment card, on successful check out it will be credited back too your card within 7 days of your stay.
